We would like to introduce our new villa which
is ideal for peaceful and relaxing holidays with all modern
comforts and with respect in your privacy. The villa it’s
possible to accommodate up to 10 persons.
The total area of the villa is 350 sq. meters
in 3 levels. In the ground floor level there is the swimming
pool with Jacuzzi and jet stream facilities, in the surround
are of the pool there is a pool bar, lounge, sun beds, dinning
table, a small BBQ, garden area, sound system and LCD projector
for movies, there is also a big BBQ area and traditional stoned
oven.
In the ground floor there is also a guest house,
50 sq. meters, with one bedroom, bathroom, and living room
with fully equipped kitchen area.
The main house is 200 sq. meters in two levers
connected with indoor stairs.
In the first level there is a modern fully
equipped kitchen, the dining area, there is one bedroom with
a king size water bed, one big bathroom and one small bathroom
for the guests, in the surround area of the first lever there
are big verandas about 70 sq. meters.
In the second level there is a big living room
with fire place, a bar area, big veranda with sea view, two
bedrooms, two bathrooms one big and one small.
The area around the villa is protected by high
stoned walls.
