Reservation Policy:
To guarantee and secure your reservation we require the 30%
of the total amount of the reservation that will be made as a deposit.
The deposit must send a week maximum after the reservation date by bank
wire transfer. The balance must be paid a month before the arrival date.
For reservations that will be made 5 weeks before the arrival date we
require full payment.
In some cases maybe we will request a security deposit. In case that you
have paid a security deposit, we will refund the money a week after your
departure date.
Cancellation Policy:
For Low Season (May &
October)
• In case that you cancel your reservation 50 days
and more before the arrival date we will refund the 98%
of the deposit (2% is for the bank expenses).
• In case that you cancel your reservation between 49 and
31 days before the arrival date we will refund the 40%
of the deposit.
• In case that you cancel your reservation 30 days
and less before the arrival date there is no refund.
For Middle & High Season (June, July,
August & September)
• In case that you cancel your reservation 60 days
and more before the arrival date we will refund the 80%
of the deposit.
• In case that you cancel your reservation between 59 and
41 days before the arrival date we will refund the 40%
of the deposit.
• In case that you cancel your reservation 40 days
and less before the arrival date there is no refund.
• No show or departure prior the schedule date there is no
refund.
• In case that you have paid a security deposit we will refund the
entire amount.
